At Luvera Hair, all orders are shipped on the same or next business day from our warehouse. We are based in Los Angeles, CA.

Shipping Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on location)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

Important: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. If your order is missing, contact the courier directly using the tracking number or email luverahair@gmail.com.

Free standard shipping applies only to orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts). Shipping charges for special offer items may apply separately.

Refund & Return Policy
